Send a copy of the traveler's passport, which must be valid for at least 6 months, to make a visa application appointment within 3 days from the booking date. If you do not send a copy of the passport, the company reserves the right to automatically cancel the tour booking.
When it is confirmed that the group can depart, the customer can prepare the documents to apply for the visa immediately.
If you want to issue a domestic ticket (in case the customer is in the province), please contact the officer before issuing the ticket every time. If the ticket is issued without informing the officer, the company reserves the right not to be responsible for the expenses incurred.
The visa application in each embassy has different document preparation and visa application procedures, both for groups and individual applications (in person). You can ask for information to support your decision before booking from the officer.
If in your group there are people who need special care, use a wheelchair, children, the elderly, have chronic diseases, or are not convenient to travel for more than 4-5 hours continuously, you and your family must take care of your family members by yourself because traveling as a group The tour leader is required to take care of the entire tour group.
