  • In case of those who need special assistance, such as using a wheelchair (WHEELCHAIR), children, the elderly, have chronic diseases or are not convenient to travel for more than 4-5 hours continuously, you and your family must take care of your family members by yourself. Since traveling as a group, the tour leader must take care of the entire tour group. (Please inform the company in advance before booking.)
  • Travel insurance The company has prepared a travel insurance plan for those traveling abroad as a group tour. The insurance plan will cover accidents that occur during the trip. Customers must receive treatment at hospitals that the insurance covers only. (Other types of treatment are not covered by the insurance.) (Conditions according to the policy, inquire with the company staff.)
  • Health insurance is not included in the tour price. You can purchase more by yourself.
  • The company mainly follows the announcements of the government and the country of travel. If there are any changes or announcements, the company will take into account the safety and benefits of travelers.
  • The tour guide, staff or representatives of the company have no authority to make any promises on behalf of the company, unless there is a document signed by an authorized person of the company.
  • If customers need to book domestic flights, domestic buses or trains, please inform and ask the company staff before booking every time. Otherwise, the company will not be responsible in any case if there are any changes.
