  • Groups traveling during holidays or festivals that require a deposit guarantee with the airline or through a representative in Thailand or abroad Including special flights such as Charter Flight, Extra Flight, there will be no refund of the deposit or the entire tour fee.

  • In the case of PASSPORT, it must not be damaged, wet, scratched with various pictures or even cartoon stamps that are not official stamps of the Immigration. Please check your PASSPORT before traveling every time. If the Immigration refuses your entry or exit, the company will not be responsible for anything.

  • In the case of a "lawsuit" that does not allow you to travel abroad, please check before booking a tour whether you can travel out of the country or not. If you cannot travel, which is beyond the control of the company, the company will not be responsible for anything.

  • In the case of "pregnant women", you must have a medical certificate clearly stating that you can travel to the South, including clear details of the pregnancy age. This is beyond the control of the company. The company will not be responsible for anything.

  • In the case of using an official passport (blue book) for traveling with a tour group, if you are rejected for entry or exit from any country, the company reserves the right not to refund the tour and be responsible for anything.

  • When you have paid the deposit or the full amount, the company will assume that you acknowledge and accept the conditions of the company as specified in all tour programs.
