- Round-trip economy class airfare with airport taxes for all destinations as per the tour program above.
- Accommodation for 2-3 people per room at the hotels specified in the program or similar.
- Group tickets cannot be upgraded to Business Class and must travel back and forth with the group ticket only. No postponement of dates is possible. In case you wish to travel separately or in advance, please contact the staff to ask for the price again. Seat arrangements for travelers are managed internally by the airline. The company cannot intervene.
- Costs for food, entrance fees, and all types of vehicles as specified in the tour program above.
- Company staff will facilitate throughout the trip.
- Baggage weight: 30 kilograms of checked baggage, 7 kilograms of carry-on baggage, and aircraft insurance according to the conditions of each airline that is charged. In the event of excess baggage, you must pay a fine as charged by the airline.
- Travel insurance: The company has prepared a travel insurance plan for travelers abroad with Allianz Travel in the form of a Group tour insurance plan. The insurance plan will cover accidents that occur on the day of travel. And customers must receive treatment in hospitals that the insurance covers only (other forms of treatment are not covered by the insurance). You can study more information from the staff. In case customers want to buy additional coverage, increase coverage, you can inform the company. The coverage and exceptions are in accordance with the terms and conditions of the insurance policy. This travel insurance, however, is more than the regulations of the Tourism Business Act, which requires tour companies to insure only accidents during travel. However, you can study the coverage conditions and exceptions of the supplementary plan from the Allianz website. In case you want to buy additional coverage, you can inform the company. The cost of the air-conditioned tour vehicle as specified in the list with a driver (the law does not allow drivers to drive more than 12 hours/day)

In the case that the visa is not approved by the embassy (visa rejection) and you have already paid for the tour, the company will collect only
- In case tourists want to cancel the trip
- • Cancel the trip 45 days or more before the trip, refund the full amount (the company requests to collect the actual expenses such as visa fees, air ticket deposits, hotel deposits, visa fees, etc.)
- • Cancel the trip 25-45 days before the trip, refund 50% of the deposit (the company requests to collect the actual expenses such as visa fees, air ticket deposits, hotel deposits, etc.)
- • Cancel the trip less than 25 days before the trip, refund the full amount according to the tour price specified in the program
- In the event that the traveler is denied entry or exit from the country, the company reserves the right not to refund the entire tour price.
- When you travel with the group, if you cancel any service or do not travel with the group, it is considered that you waive your rights and cannot claim the service fee and deposit back under any circumstances.
- In the event of illness that makes it impossible to travel, a medical certificate from the hospital is required. The company reserves the right to collect the actual expenses.
- In the event that the visa is rejected by the embassy (visa not approved), the company will collect the actual expenses as follows:
- • Visa application fees and service charges The embassy will not refund any fees, whether or not the application is approved.
- • Deposit for air tickets or air tickets (in the case of air tickets already issued), which are important documents for visa application. If you are not approved, you will have to pay the actual ticket price.
- • Hotel room rates. According to the rules, you will have to pay the room rate if you do not show up on the check-in date. The hotel will immediately forfeit the room rate.
- • Difference in the amount of money in the event that the group does not travel in full.
- According to the Tourist Business and Guide Act B.E. 2551, Chapter 2, Tour Business, Cancellation of Tourist Trips, tour operators have expenses actually paid to prepare for the tour. These expenses will be deducted from the service fee that must be paid. However, the tour operator must show evidence to the tourist, such as visa fees, air ticket deposits, hotel fees, etc.
