In the event that a tourist or agent wishes to cancel or postpone a trip, the tourist or agent (the person whose name is on the booking document) must fax, email, or come to the company to sign a cancellation document in writing to notify the company of the cancellation (the company does not accept cancellations via telephone under any circumstances).
In the event that a tourist or agent wishes to request a refund of the service fee, the tourist or agent (the person whose name is on the booking document) must fax, email, or come to the company to sign a refund request document in order to request a refund of the service fee, attaching a power of attorney with supporting evidence of the power of attorney, evidence of payment of various service fees, and a full bank account book to be deposited.

- Cancellation less than 15 days before departure, the company reserves the right not to refund the entire tour cost.
- ** Refunds to tourists according to the above conditions, which have some deductions, are because the company has already paid actual expenses for tour preparation, such as seat deposits, flight tickets, accommodation reservations, and other necessary expenses, etc.**
- In the case that some airlines require tickets to be issued 45-60 days before departure, if the air ticket has been issued but the tourist cancels the trip or cannot travel, the company reserves the right to collect the actual expenses incurred. In some cases, if a refund can be requested, the tourist must wait for a refund from the airline. It takes about 3-6 months at least.
- Cancellation of trips with groups traveling during holiday seasons such as New Year, Songkran, etc., including special flights such as CHARTER FLIGHT, will not refund the deposit or the entire tour fee paid regardless of the cancellation reason. ***In the event that there is a reason to cancel the trip that the company has advertised, which is not the company's fault, the company is willing to refund the service fee that the customer has paid after deducting the actual expenses. It must be no less than 45 days before the trip. Please read the message carefully before booking a tour every time for your own benefit.***
- When you travel with the group, if you stop using any service or do not travel with the group, it is considered that you waive your rights. You cannot claim the service fee and deposit back under any circumstances.
- Pay a deposit of 40,000 baht per person + visa fee of 5,900 baht (deposit + visa fee in case you want the company to apply for you) by transferring to the account. The seat will be confirmed only after receiving the deposit.
- ***In case you want the company to apply for you, the visa fee must be paid together with the deposit.***
- Send a copy of the traveler's passport, which must be valid for at least 6 months, to make a reservation for a visa application.
- Within 3 days from the booking date, if a copy of the passport is not sent, the company reserves the right to automatically cancel the tour booking.
- Once it is confirmed that the group can depart, the customer can immediately prepare the documents to apply for the visa.
- If you want to issue a domestic ticket (in case the customer is in the province), please contact the officer before issuing the ticket every time. If the ticket is issued without informing the officer, the company reserves the right not to be responsible for the expenses incurred.
- The visa application process at each embassy is different in terms of document preparation and visa application procedures, both for groups and individual applications (in person). You can ask for information to support your decision before booking from the officer.
- If in your group there are people who need special care, use wheelchairs, children, the elderly, have chronic diseases or are not comfortable traveling for more than 4-5 hours continuously, you and your family must take care of your own family members. Since traveling as a group, the tour leader must take care of the entire tour group.
