In case you need to use your passport while applying for a visa or before traveling with the company, you must inform the company in advance to plan your visa application. Some embassies take a long time to consider visas and may not be able to remove the passport during the visa consideration.
For travelers who study or work abroad, you must apply for a visa by yourself in the country where you reside or study.
The passport must be valid for at least 6 months, counting from the date of departure from the country. If it is less than 6 months, the traveler must submit a request for a new passport. The company has reserved seats and paid a deposit for the airfare. If you cancel the tour for any reason The company reserves the right to collect a deposit for airfare, which costs approximately 1,000 - 5,000 baht, depending on the airline and travel period.
If the airfare has been issued but you are unable to travel, the company reserves the right to collect the actual expenses and wait for the refund from the airline, which takes at least 3-6 months.
Long Leg seats are usually located near the emergency exits and the person who will sit must meet the qualifications specified by the airline, such as being physically fit and able to help others quickly in the event of a problem with the plane, such as being able to open the emergency door (weighing approximately 20 kilograms), not having health or physical problems, and the authority to provide Long Leg seats depends on the airline check-in officer at the time of check-in only.
