    Incheon Airport - Experience the cold at Nami Island (a famous landmark of Korea) - Taste fresh strawberries from the farm - Enjoy skiing and snowshoeing at the ski resort - Check in

    06.10 am. Arrive at Incheon International Airport, South Korea after going through immigration and collecting your luggage (local time in South Korea is 2 hours ahead of Thailand).
    Then take you to see the beauty of "Nami Island", a famous landmark of Korea (travel time is about 2 hours). When arriving in Chuncheon, take a ferry to Nami Island, which takes only 5 minutes. You can go up to the deck of the boat to see the view of the frozen river. When you arrive at Nami Island, there will be a snowman in front of the island waiting to welcome tourists. In winter, the fountain in front of Nami Island will freeze into an iceberg.
    Then take you inside Nami Island. Between the two sides of the road, you will see snowmen. And beautiful photo corners that Nami Island has decorated to welcome customers. Cancellation
  • In case the group is full or the group has confirmed the trip, the company reserves the right to cancel in all cases, except for changing travelers, which can be notified to the company 10 days before the trip.

  • In case the number of travelers is less than 15 people, the company may change the tour price (in case the customer confirms the trip) or cancel the group or postpone the trip. The customer will be notified 10 days before the trip.

  • For customers who do not hold a Thai passport, once the visa is approved but the trip is canceled,

  • the company reserves the right not to refund any tour deposits, except for changing new travelers.

  • If canceled 30 days or more before the trip, the company will refund the deposit, deducting actual expenses, such as airfare deposits, land deposits, and other registration fees, except in the case of holidays and public holidays. If canceled 45 days before the trip, the deposit will be refunded, deducting actual expenses.

  • Cancellation 15-29 days before the trip, deduct 50% of the tour price or actual expenses, such as airfare deposits, land deposits, and other service fees.

  • Cancellation 1-14 days before the trip, the company reserves the right not to refund any money, because the company has already paid in full.

  • In the event that the customer is not permitted to travel out of Thailand by the Thai Department of Labor or the Korean Immigration Officer (Korean Immigration) denies entry into Korea due to the officer's discretion, the company cannot refund the tour cost as all expenses have already been paid.

  • Please be punctual and arrive at the appointed time. If you arrive later than the departure time, causing you to miss the trip, you will not be able to claim any damages.

  • For groups traveling during long holidays or festivals that require a deposit guarantee or full payment with conditions, there will be no refund of the deposit or the entire tour fee.

  • If there is a withdrawal or non-use of the service specified in the tour program, the organizer considers that the tourist has waived the right and will not refund the service fee paid in any case. Because the expenses you paid to the company are a lump sum payment.

  • The company will not be responsible for anything if items are lost due to theft and/or accidents caused by the negligence of the tourist.

  • In the event of an error from the agent or related agency, resulting in cancellation, delay, or change of service from the transport company or service provider, the company will try its best to resolve the problem to coordinate for the greatest benefit to the customer. However, there will be no refund for that service fee.

  • Passport must have a validity of at least 6 months.

  • If you need to receive items from others to take to Korea or return to Thailand You should check the items first to make sure they are not illegal items. Some illegal items may be punishable by death. The officers will not accept any bags or items.

  • The tour guides, staff and representatives of the organizer have no right to make any promises on behalf of the organizer unless there is a document signed by an authorized person of the organizer.

  • Due to the security measures of airports around the world, before boarding the plane, please separate the liquids, gels and sprays that you will bring on the plane into a clear plastic bag with a zip lock, with the package size not exceeding 100 milliliters per item and the total amount not exceeding 1 liter. It must be brought out for the officers to conveniently inspect at the X-ray point. If the package size of the items is larger than the specified amount, including items that look like weapons such as nail clippers, pocket knives, tweezers, they must be put in a large bag and left with the officers to load under the plane only.
