If there is a cancellation, the company reserves the right to charge for the actual expenses incurred regardless of the reason for the cancellation.

If the trip is canceled without the company's fault, the company reserves the right to charge for the actual expenses incurred, such as visa fees and visa application service fees, airfare deposits or airfare, late cancellation fees from the hotel, etc. Or if you cancel the trip and the group cannot travel or the minimum number specified by the company is not met, the company reserves the right to collect the entire tour fee to pay for any damages resulting from your cancellation.

The company reserves the right to change the price in the event that the number of travelers does not reach the minimum of 15 people. In the event that the group is less than 15 people but not less than 10 people and confirms to travel, the company reserves the right to charge an additional 5,000 baht per person and must receive consent from all participants. If the group still insists on traveling, the company reserves the right to adjust the tour price or refund by deducting only the actual expenses incurred. In the case of refunds, the company is willing to refund within 14 days from the date of notification of cancellation.
In the event that the customer cancels the trip and the deposit is refunded according to the conditions, the company will refund within 14 days from the date of receipt of the written request.
In the event that you waive the right to use any service because this tour is a lump sum and paid in advance with the overseas representative, the company reserves the right not to refund in any case, unless you have agreed or notified us before the trip.
In the event that any tourist attraction specified in the program is closed, because the tour program is offered for sale in advance, the company reserves the right to change the visit. Other tourist attractions will be arranged as a first priority or the entrance fee will be refunded to the group instead.
The company reserves the right to change the tour program in case of unavoidable circumstances such as flight delays, strikes, protests, natural disasters, riots, accidents, traffic problems, etc. The best interests of the travelers will be taken into account.
In the event that you are denied entry/exit from the immigration/exit checkpoint, the company reserves the right to collect the actual expenses incurred and refuses to be responsible for additional expenses.
In the event that you will use an official passport (blue book) to travel, the company reserves the right not to be responsible if you are denied entry or exit from any country because tourists normally use an ordinary passport, a maroon book.
Air tickets
- Must travel back and forth with the group only. The travel date cannot be postponed or returned. Once the ticket is issued, the ticket cannot be refunded or the name of the traveler cannot be changed.
- For those who will issue a domestic flight ticket, please inform the sales department in advance to ask for confirmation that the tour is definitely confirmed. If you issue a domestic ticket without receiving confirmation from the staff and the tour is canceled The company reserves the right not to be responsible for any expenses incurred.
- In case of traveling by customers arranging their own air tickets (Join Land Only), since it is a promotional price, the company reserves the right to accept or not accept customers and must pay for meeting the group by themselves.
Requesting seats for group air tickets cannot be selected in advance. You will receive a random seat only by the airline. The company cannot interfere. In case you want to sit together, it is recommended to check in together and ask the staff at the check-in counter. For long-leg seats or seats near the emergency exit, some airlines can purchase additional seats. However, the person who will sit must be a passenger who meets the qualifications specified by the airline, such as being able to communicate in English, having no health problems, being able to help others quickly in an emergency, and the authority to provide a seat depends on the airline staff at the time of check-in only.
Most hotels have air conditioning and triple rooms may be arranged as 1 large bed and sofa bed or may not be able to arrange a room with 3 beds, depending on the design of each hotel. And requesting a room next to each other may not be possible because the rooms are rotated depending on the available rooms at check-in only.
The company has a policy of not arranging a bed partner for customers who do not know each other. In the case of 1 person traveling, you will have to pay an additional single accommodation fee according to the price specified in the tour program only.
Traveling as a large family Or traveling with members who need special care, children, the elderly, people who need to use a wheelchair, people with chronic diseases, or people who are not comfortable walking for more than 3-4 hours continuously, you and your family must take care of your family members by yourself.
