The tour guide, staff, or representative of the company has no authority to make any promises on behalf of the company, unless there is a document signed by an authorized person of the company.
When you agree to pay the company in full or in part, the company will assume that you have accepted all of the terms and conditions specified. The company starts and ends the service at Suvarnabhumi Airport. If you travel from other provinces or abroad and reserve a plane ticket or any vehicle to travel to the airport, the company will not be responsible for this expense because it is an expense that is outside the company's travel program.
