Cancellation
- In the event that a tourist or agent wishes to cancel or postpone a trip, the tourist or agent (the person whose name is on the booking document) must fax, email, or come to the company to sign a cancellation document, either of which is to notify the company in writing of the cancellation (the company does not accept cancellations via telephone under any circumstances).
- In the event that a tourist or agent wishes to request a refund of the service fee, the tourist or agent (the person whose name is on the booking document) must fax, email, or come to the company to sign a refund request document, either of which is to request a refund of the service fee, by attaching a power of attorney with supporting evidence of the authorization, evidence of payment of various service fees, and a copy of the bank account book to which the money is to be deposited in full. - Cancellation less than 15 days before the trip, the company reserves the right not to refund the entire tour cost.
- ** Refunds to tourists according to the above conditions, which are partially deducted, are because the company has already paid actual expenses for tour preparation, such as seat deposits, flight tickets, accommodation reservations, and other necessary expenses, etc.**
- Cancellation of travel with groups traveling during holiday seasons, such as New Year, Songkran, etc. Some airlines guarantee seat deposits with the airline and accommodation deposits, including special flights such as CHARTER FLIGHT, will not refund the deposit or the entire tour cost that has been paid, regardless of the cancellation reason.
- ***In the event that there is a reason to cancel the trip that the company advertises, which is not the company's fault, the company is willing to refund the service fee that the customer has paid after deducting the actual expenses, which must be no less than 45 days before the trip. Please read the message carefully before booking a tour every time for your own benefit.***
- In the case of the Immigration Bureau in Bangkok and abroad Refuse to leave or enter the country specified in the itinerary. The company reserves the right not to refund the tour fee in any case.
- When you travel with the group, if you cancel any service or do not travel with the group, it is considered that you waive your rights. You cannot claim for service fees and deposits in any case.
- Conditions for cancellation
- The company reserves the right to collect all expenses in the event that you cancel the trip and the group is not full as specified by the company (20 people or more) due to damages to the company and other travelers traveling in the same group. The company must pay for any damages resulting from your cancellation.
- In the event of illness to the point of being unable to travel, which requires a medical certificate from a hospital, the company will postpone your trip to the next group. However, you will have to pay the non-refundable expenses, which are the ticket deposit fee and visa fee as charged by the embassy.
- In the event that a visa application is submitted but the visa is not approved by the embassy (visa rejection) and you have already paid the tour fee or deposit, the company will collect only the actual expenses, such as the visa fee and visa application service fee/airfare deposit or airfare (in the event that airfare has been issued), the difference in the event that the group does not travel in full.
- In the event that the visa has been approved Cancellation notice before or after ticket issuance, the company reserves the right not to refund the entire tour fee. 5. Note
- Pay a deposit of 40,000 baht per person by transferring to the account. The seat will be confirmed only after receiving the deposit.
- Send a copy of the passport of the traveler, which must be valid for at least 6 months, to make a reservation for visa application within 3 days from the booking date. If a copy of the passport is not sent, the company reserves the right to automatically cancel the tour booking.
- When it is confirmed that the group can depart, the customer can immediately prepare the documents for visa application.
- If you want to issue a domestic ticket (in the case of customers who are in the province), please contact the officer before issuing the ticket every time. If the ticket is issued without informing the officer, the company reserves the right not to be responsible for the expenses incurred.
- The visa application in each embassy has different document preparation and visa application procedures, both for groups and individual applications (in person). You can ask for information to support your decision before booking from the officer.
- If in your group there are people who need special care, use a wheelchair, children, the elderly, have chronic diseases, or are not comfortable traveling for more than 4-5 hours continuously, you and your family must take care of your family members by yourself. Because traveling as a group, the tour leader must take care of the entire tour group.
