The company reserves the right to change the tour program in the event of force majeure such as flight delays, strikes, protests, natural disasters, riots, accidents, traffic problems, slow service at restaurants, or any other reason beyond the company's control, etc. The benefits of the travelers will be taken into account and maintained as much as possible. If the tour leader does not conduct the tour according to the program, you must object and claim your rights in that program. If you do not object, it is considered that you accept the tour.
Since this tour is a lump sum payment with an overseas agent, you cannot claim a refund in the event that you refuse or waive your rights to use the services provided by the tour, unless you have agreed or notified us before the trip.
The company will not be responsible for any expenses incurred if you are denied immigration and will not refund the tour fee you have paid if you are denied entry due to actions that are considered illegal. Or Immigration
In case you will use an official passport (blue book) to travel with the group, the company reserves the right not to be responsible if you are denied entry or exit from any country because normally tourists use an ordinary passport, a maroon book.
