Shioyaki sea bream kaiseki course, a signature dish of Ako Shoyoshi (the content of dishes other than Shiogama may vary according to the season) Tai no Shiogama is a whole sea bream wrapped in Ako salt and then steamed and grilled. The umami is locked in salt and fired to make the taste more concentrated in the dish. It can be served with ginger soy sauce according to personal preference. Guaranteed to taste the taste of ako.
