Terms and conditions of the promotional program

1. This promotional program  is created by Krungthai Bank Public Company Limited (the "Bank") as a special privilege for customers who pay for accommodation/hotels or reserve a flight ticket on the TraveliGo website. This can be done by selecting the payment channel with Mobile Banking through the Krungthai NEXT application or selecting the payment channel with the Krungthai Travel Card or selecting the payment channel with PaotangPay  Wallet through the Paotang application  during the promotion period.

2. Customers will be entitled to receive discount codes for products and services, subject to the following terms and conditions:
     • For Flight Discount Code: All seats on all flights, receive a 5% discount up to 500 Baht. No minimum spend. Limited to 1 privilege per person, with a total of 600 privileges throughout the promotional period.
     • For Hotel Discount Code: All destinations, receive a 15% discount up to 500 Baht. No minimum spend. Limited to 1 privilege per person, with a total of 800 privileges throughout the promotional period.

3. The discount is valid for online bookings only, and payment must be made in Thai Baht (THB).

4. The promotion period starts from 1 December 2023 at 12:01 a.m. and ends on 31 December 2023 at 11:59 p.m. (Thailand time), unless the specified number of privileges is exhausted before the period expires.

5. Flight and accommodation booking confirmation depends on availability at the time and is subject to the terms and conditions on the website https://www.traveligo.com/terms-and-conditions.

6. This discount code cannot be used in conjunction with payments at the hotel.

7. This promotion cannot be transferred or used in conjunction with other offers , changed, exchanged, or refunded.

8. Cancellation of bookings and refund requests must adhere to the company's terms and conditions, with a specified processing time.

9. In the case of canceling an order or booking for accommodation/hotel or flight tickets, customers cannot request a refund or compensation for discounts from discount codes.

10. The Bank reserves the right to grant special privileges under this promotion only to customers who meet the conditions. The bank will strictly adhere to the information contained in the bank's information system.

11. The bank reserves the right to change the terms and conditions and/or cancel this promotional program, whether in whole or in part. Any changes will be announced or notified to customers 3 days in advance via the bank's website or other specified channels, except in cases where the customer does not lose any benefit.

12. The bank disclaims responsibility for damage, loss, defects, or any other issues arising from purchasing products/using services under this promotional program. If you have any questions or complaints on products/services or requests for receipt or tax invoice, please contact the service provider (including TraveliGo) directly.  

13. The Bank assumes that customers participating in this promotion have read, understood, and agreed to comply with the specified requirements and conditions.
