A damage deposit of AUD 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note over the next 6 months (from September 2019) Peppers Cradle Mountain Lodge will be undergoing an upgrade of the cabins and central buildings across the 23-acre property. Interruptions and noise disturbances to guests will be minimal.

From February-March 2020, the Tavern Bar & Bistro will be closed due to renovations. During this time, Highland Restaurant will offer a large range of options for dinners and the guest lounge and Devil's Bar will be open to enjoy a drink.

Please note that Peppers Cradle Mountain Lodge is located in 1600 km of wilderness. Because of the properties location, mobile phone service is limited (Telstra is the only service provider with network coverage in the area) and in-room WiFi is not available due to transmission issues to the cabins. Your room does not have a TV. Complimentary WiFi is available in the main lodge building, which is open from 07:00 daily and TV is available in the Tavern, which is open from 11:30 daily.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. The legal guardian must provide a current photo ID or proof of guardianship if requested upon check-in.
