A damage deposit of AUD 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note that there is a non-refundable 1.3% charge when you pay with a Visa or Mastercard credit card, and a non-refundable 2.75% charge when you pay with an American Express credit card.

The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property.

Please note that the property requires a credit card pre-authorisation upon check in, to cover any incidental charges. The amounts are as follows:
AUD 100 for one-bedroom apartments
AUD 200 for two-bedroom apartments
AUD 300 for three-bedroom apartments
AUD 400 for four-bedroom executive apartments and
AUD 500 for four-bedroom penthouses and Presidential Penthouse.

Please note that this property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to
accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual 'Schoolies Week'
period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to
guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period.

Please note between the dates of 19 November to 05 December, 2021 and 19 November 2022 to 5 December 2022 all guests must be 21 years of age or over to stay at the property.

Please note that virtual driving licences are not accepted as a form of identification.

Please note that the indoor pool, spa jacuzzi, gymnasium, steam and sauna room are under refurbishment works an closed untill the 6th of November.
