The Body Corporate at Newport Mooloolaba has maintenance and landscaping works at the front of the property scheduled for between the 12th July and 17th September 2021.
At this stage we have not been advised exactly how much noise to expect nor the timing for each component to be completed. No night works are scheduled, all works to be carried out in daylight hours on week days only.
During this time, the Parkyn Parade entrance to Newport will be closed to foot traffic, however reception access will be via our new automatic sliding door at the rear of the building. Access to the pool, spa, sauna and BBQ area will be via the back gate at the end of the rear carpark.
Works will include:
Re-waterproofing a large section of the concrete podium at the front of the building
Replacement / upgrade of some of the boundary fences
Modernisation and relocation of the main entrance on Parkyn Parade
