A damage deposit of AUD 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note that there is a 1.98% charge when you pay with a Visa or MasterCard credit card and a 3.3% charge when you pay with an American Express credit card.

You must show a valid credit card and photo ID upon check in. This credit card must be in the same name as the guest's name on the booking confirmation.

Monday-Friday 9:00 until 17:00.
Saturday-Sunday 9:00 until 13:00.
