Please take note of the cancelation policy in confirmed Covid lock downs and not boarder closures we will offer a credit for 12 months.
If you are affected by a Covid lockdown impacting travel to Cairns in, you will be eligible for a credit voucher 12 months for the full value of your booking. There may also be a price difference that may need to be paid

Non-refundable - if you opt for a this cheaper tariff there is no refund however a credit note will be offered for a Covid Lock down and not a boarder closure.

Standard policy - 72 hours from 2pm of the day of arrival. If a confirmed Covid lockdown has occurred and not a boarder closure we will offer a credit.

Luxury Suites – 7 days is required to be given from 2pm of the arrival date. If a confirmed Covid lockdown has occurred and not a boarder closure we will offer a credit.
