OUTDOOR FACILITIES UPGRADE PROJECT
We are in the final stage of our building project to upgrade our facilities including building a gym, redesigning the pool area, refurbishing the existing pool and spa, building a new larger spa as well as improved BBQ facilities.
The new fully equipped gym, tennis court and steam room are now open.
Completion of the BBQ, pool & spa area has been delayed by the rainy weather conditions of the last few weeks and will now be completed by the 26th November.
Works occur during the week only and there is minimal disturbance to guests as the works are confined to the outdoor area only. Apartment rates have been discounted during this time to take account of facilities being unavailable.

SCHOOLIES
Please note that this property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual "Schoolies Week" period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period. For this reason the property reserves the right to reject bookings from school and/or university leavers for the entire Schoolies period, whether they are attending official Schoolie events or not.

NO PARTIES
Please note that this property has a strict 'No Party Policy'. Failure to comply with property policies will result in the eviction of guests and the loss of any deposits or payments made.
