Due to current COVID-19 social distancing requirements, access to hotel pools at all SKYE Suites properties will require bookings. This can be arranged with reception upon check-in.

Guest actions that result in triggering a fire alarm will result in a fine of up to $2000 to cover the cost of the call out fee imposed by Fire & Rescue NSW. This includes but is not limited to smoking in guest rooms, excessive use of powders, sprays or aerosol products outside the bathroom. The covering, tampering or removal of smoke detectors is extremely hazardous to the safety of our guests and will be treated severely and will result in an additional fine of up to $5000 as well as eviction from the property without recompense.

In line with NSW Health regulations, all hotel guests must be fully vaccinated. Proof of vaccination will be requested upon check in.

The Pool and Spa facilities at SKYE Suites Parramatta are currently closed for refurbishment. The anticipated reopening date is 20 November 2021.
