【Accommodation Tax from September 1, 2025, onwards】
As of 1 September 2025, changed local tax regulations require guests to pay accommodation tax at various updated rates, which will be collected separately by the property during the check-in process. The tax is charged per person, per night, based on the room rate as follows:

• For room rates from JPY 5,000 to less than JPY 15,000: JPY 200 per person, per night
• For room rates from JPY 15,000 to less than JPY 20,000: JPY 400 per person, per night
• For room rates of JPY 20,000 or more: JPY 500 per person, per night

You can use the sauna, jacuzzi, private lounge, and other facilities within the spa facilities.After your stay at the natural hot spring spa, we offer complimentary alcoholic beverages (※1), soft drinks, and popsicles in the private lounge. Relax and unwind after your journey and enjoy a luxurious time.※1 There are some restrictions on the serving of alcoholic beverages.

According to local tax regulation, guests should pay accommodation tax surcharge directly to the property upon check-in (per person per night):
Effective from December 1, 2023:
Accommodation tax of JPY 100 is charged at the property per person per night for room rates JPY 7,000 and over and less than JPY 15,000.
Accommodation tax of JPY 200 is charged at the property per person per night for room rates less than JPY 20,000.
Accommodation tax of JPY 300 is charged at the property per person per night for room rates of JPY 20,000 and over.

Beginning April 1, 2022, for the purpose of cutting down on the usage of plastic products, we will provide some amenities (toothbrush set, hairbrush, and shavers) only by request of customers at the front desk.
Fixed Price for Taxi from Hotel (maximum 4 persons):

Hotel to JR Shin-Osaka Station JPY2,500 per taxi
Hotel to Umeda Area(Shin Hankyu Hotel) JPY1,500 per taxi
Hotel to Itami Airport(Osaka Intl Airport) JPY5,500 per taxi
If the name on the guest's passport is different from the name on the reservation, we may not be able to accommodate you. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please make sure to register the full name of the guest on the reservation as it appears on the guest's passport. If you did not register the guest's name at the time of reservation, please change the guest's name on the confirmation page of the reservation details.We prohibit the resale of reservations to others, or any reservation activities deemed for commercial purposes.
