Nearby bus stop, Daino-chaya on the Hakone Kyukaido Route K, is a 2 minute walk from the property. Please also note that the final bus from Hakone Yumoto Station departs at 20:10.

Guests arriving after check-in hours (21:00) must inform the property in advance. If the property is not informed, the booking may be treated as a no show. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.
