“it's a pathetic hotel ,Worst Manager or Owner very much rude behaviour,dont chose ground floor rooms”
This is the worst booking i have made in my entire life.they doesn't provide proper water ,no toiletries ,no basic things like kettle ,towels , etc..The pillow ,bed ,blankets even rooms were in too...more +
