At times you may only wish to carry cabin bag so your Just Fly ticket does not include hold luggage; however for the times you wish to, it still offers you the flexibility to add a bag during the booking, before you travel and at the airport. Please note that on flights operated by Stobart Air, the maximum permitted size for an item of hold luggage is 53cm x 55cm x 127cm.

By choosing Get More, you opt for peace of mind with our passengers’ preferred option of standard 20kg hold hold luggage included in your ticket. Should you wish to carry a bit more you still have the option to increase your hold luggage allowance online to either 23kg or 40kg for a fee.

Student hold luggage deal
We appreciate that for students living away from home or commuting weekly a generous hold luggage allowance is important and for this reason we have introduced a special hold luggage deal for students offering you 40kg for the price of only 20kg!

This is currently available to all in possession of a valid student ID. With the student hold luggage deal, by simply purchasing a 20kg hold luggage or a Get More ticket where this is included in the price, we will double your allowance for free. On the day of the flight, you can check-in 40 kilos of hold baggage for the price of 20 kilos (separated into 2 bags of no more than 20 kilos each).

To benefit from this special offer, passengers should book a Standard item of hold luggage during the booking process or a Get More ticket where a 20kg item of hold luggage is included in the price, or via the call centre at our standard hold luggage rate (which vary by channel). At the Bag Drop you will need to produce a valid form of student ID, at which point you will be able to check-in 2 bags up to 40kg with no additional cost.

Should you prefer not to book online, you will still be able to benefit from this deal by purchasing a standard 20kg item of hold luggage at the airport at the applicable fees and on presentation of a valid student ID, you will be able to carry 2 items of hold luggage up to 40kg.
Valid student ID must be:
-Officially produced (EG laminated or a plastic card)
-Valid on the date of travel
-Showing that the passenger is in full time education
-A letter from the learning institution confirming student status
The student must be the passenger travelling – you cannot bring a student ID to claim this discount for other passengers. Passengers travelling in luggage exempt classes cannot access this promotion. Passengers travelling on multi-sector bookings will receive this benefit on all sectors.

-One small personal item such as a handbag or laptop bag/briefcase that can fit under the seat in front of you.
The additional item of cabin baggage must be smaller than the standard item, and stowed under the seat in front of you. The combined weight of both items must not exceed 10KG.

Loganair operated flights
All Flybe customers travelling on Loganair operated services are entitled to carry one standard cabin bag measuring no more than 40 x 35 x 18cm including wheels and handles. The weight of this item must not exceed 6kg.

Excess baggage
Flybe offers the opportunity to pre-book and increase your hold luggage allowance up to 40kg, however should you wish to carry hold luggage in excess of this permitted pre-bookable allowance, excess charges will apply.
To ensure that no excess baggage charges are levied, please ensure that you:
-Select the hold luggage allowance pre-booking option or ticket type to suit your travel needs
-Benefit from pre-booking your hold luggage in advance
-If carrying exceptional items of baggage, that these are within the permitted allowance
-Ensure your hold luggage and cabin bag items’ size and weight are within your selected allowances prior to travel

Excess baggage for Just Fly customers
As a part of your Just Fly ticket, a combined 10kg cabin bag allowance applies, including the additional under the seat cabin baggage; furthermore you are able to pre-book a selection of 15kg, 20kg, 23kg or 40kg hold luggage to suit your travel needs.

Should you exceed your pre-booked hold luggage allowance, standard 20kg hold luggage allowance if opting to purchase an item of hold luggage at the airport and/or cabin bag allowance, standard excess baggage charges will apply.

Excess baggage for Get More customers
As a part of your Get More ticket, a combined 10kg cabin bag allowance applies, including the additional under the seat cabin baggage; furthermore you are able to increase your standard 20kg baggage allowance to either 23kg or 40kg hold luggage to suit your needs to travel.
